Dear Sailfish Parents and Swimmers,

It has been a long time since you have heard from me. First of all I must thank you all for continued messages of love and support I have received over the last few months. Second I must offer you a huge apology! Although being back and getting into the swing of things. I have made a very large error in not sending you out this prompt information regarding the upcoming Bangkok Splash Meet…. I have discovered this evening to my horror after a few days out sick in chemotherapy la la land, that sign-ups were completely empty!! Upon investigation I have realized the email below with all info has been sitting in my Drafts, unsent!

I can only apologize, and hope that you all have had it saved in your calendar and are still able to join us with such short notice to book. Please find details below and let me know if you have any questions.

Many Thanks,

Bangkok Splash Meet 3rd-5th March 2017

The Splash Meet at International School Bangkok is fast approaching! This is a fantastic and well run meet. The group we took last year had a great time. Saturday’s events are in the 25m pool and Sunday will be held in 50m, which is new for many of our sailfish swimmers. We will travel on Friday afternoon, compete all day Saturday and Sunday morning and arrive back in Manila Sunday evening.

Grade 7-12 Students may travel unaccompanied. (Max 21 students)
Due to the success and maturity of those middle schoolers who attended the Oct Thanyapura Camp. We are opening this meet for students Grade 7-12 to travel unaccompanied by a parent (21 places). Students will travel with the coaches, flight details below. They will share triple or twin rooms at the hotel. Students will be supervised by coaches during the meet and in the evenings during meal times. There will be a curfew at 8:30pm where all students will need to be in their own rooms. Coaches will check one last time at 9pm to ensure all students are in their rooms and ready for bed (if not already asleep).
Grade 1-6 students will need to travel with an adult (own travel and accommodation may be arranged yourself).
For those students Grade 1-6 they will need to be accompanied by an adult. This however means that you are free to book your own travel and accommodation and meet us at the pool each morning to race. It is also possible to travel and stay with the team and you may avail of the package below.

Rescheduled Aquathon to Nov 26th

Good Morning Sailfish,

With huge regret I am afraid I am having to re-schedule our Aquathon. With the incoming weather and a Soccer fixture that must be played we will not have access to the field. I have tried every alternate to keep the event going ahead, however I feel it best we move the date.
We will re-schedule to Nov 26th. I do hope you are all still able to make it and my deepest apologies for the inconvenience. Please re-submit your entries with the updated sign-up link at the bottom.
Please note we have also added a new Fun Team category for the relay event 4. If entered under this category you will not be eligible for prizes however you may enter up to 4 people in your team and tag in/out at any point during the race.

ISM Aquathon I – Sat 26th Nov 2016 (Rescheduled)
